These terms govern your use of Luqora by Luqverse. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Luqora is an AI receptionist and operations dashboard for service businesses. It helps manage WhatsApp customer enquiries, bookings, payment links, and business analytics.

Pilot/staging status

Luqora is currently in pilot testing. Features, pricing, and availability may change. The service is provided "as is" during pilot without uptime guarantees beyond reasonable effort.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share login details with unauthorized persons.

Acceptable use

Use Luqora only for legitimate business communication
Do not send spam, cold outreach, or unsolicited bulk messages
Do not use the platform for illegal activity
Do not attempt to access other users' data
Do not reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

WhatsApp/Meta/Twilio platform compliance

You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and any messaging provider terms. Luqora does not support spam, cold outreach, scraping, or unauthorized bulk messaging.

Payments

Luqora provides booking and payment-link tools to help businesses request payments from their customers. Service payments are made directly between customers and the business. Luqverse/Luqora does not collect, settle, escrow, hold, refund, or process customer service payments. Businesses are solely responsible for their own payment collection, refunds, taxes, compliance, and customer obligations.

We are not liable for payment disputes between you and your customers.

Subscription fees

Where applicable, Luqora subscription fees may be billed by Luqverse using third-party payment providers. Subscription pricing, trial periods, and billing terms are communicated separately and may change with notice.

AI limitations

AI features assist with message interpretation. AI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate. Critical decisions should be reviewed by a human.

Pricing and trials

Pricing may change with notice. During pilot, access may be free or discounted. 14-day free trial with no credit card required where applicable. Early-access discounts may be offered at our discretion.

Intellectual property

Luqverse owns all intellectual property in the Luqora platform. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a license to process your data as needed to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luqverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, we will retain data as required by law and delete the rest within a reasonable timeframe upon request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
