You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by Luqverse/Luqora.

What you can request

• Access: a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: remove your data from our systems
• Opt-out: stop receiving non-essential communications
• Consent withdrawal: withdraw previously given consent
• Customer message deletion: request removal of WhatsApp conversation data
• Waitlist removal: remove your waitlist submission

Verification

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. This protects your data from unauthorized access.

Response time

We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may take up to 60 days with notice.

Limitations

Some data may be retained where required by law, accounting obligations, or legitimate security purposes.

For end customers

If you are a customer of a business using Luqora (e.g. you messaged a salon on WhatsApp), you can request data deletion by contacting the business directly or by emailing us at info@luqverse.com.
